FUNDrive Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Program Objective

The FUNDrive Referral Program is designed to promote the FUNDrive program through rewarding existing FUNDrive organizations ("Referrers") who refer eligible nonprofit organizations that have not previously participated in the FUNDrive program ("Referred Organizations") and are not in the FUNDrive Contact Database.

Eligibility and Rules

In order for Referrers to be eligible to receive the Referral Bonus, the Referred Organization must meet the following:
1. Must not have previously participated in the FUNDrive program;
2. Must not already be listed in the FUNDrive Contact Database (i.e. must not have inquired about participating in the FUNDrive program through the FUNDrive web portal, any retail location, or otherwise through contact with any FUNDrive Event Manager or other Savers employee);
3. Must not be a part of the Referrer Organization;
4. (U.S. Only) Must provide Savers with a W9; and
5. Must complete, sign and agree to the terms of Savers FUNDrive purchase agreement.

In addition, the Referrer themselves:
1. Must have successfully completed at least one FUNDrive event;
2. (U.S. Only) Must have already provided Savers with a W9

Other Terms and Conditions

If two different Referrers refer the same Referred Organization, only the first Referrer to complete the Referral Process will be eligible for a Referral Bonus. Any subsequent referral of the same Referred Organization will not be eligible for a Referral Bonus.

There is no minimum drop off weight requirement for the Referred Organization’s first FUNDrive event.

Time of payment will be 7-30 days from the date the invoice is submitted, depending on form of payment designated.

There is no limit to how many Referred Organizations each Referrer may refer; however, each referral must meet all qualifying requirements to be eligible for payment of the Referral Bonus.

Savers employees and their family members are not eligible to receive the Referral Bonus.

By participating in the Referral Program, Referrers (including potential Referrers) agree to the terms and conditions of this Referral Program.

Referrers must not breach the terms and conditions of the Referral Program, or fraudulently abuse the Referral Program by sending bulk spam distribution or promotion of the Referral Program.

As of February 2019, this Referral Bonus program replaces all prior referral incentives that may have been offered for FUNDrive organizations.

Savers reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Referral Program, either temporarily or permanently, without notice.
Savers will not be liable to any potential or actual Referrer or Referred Organization, in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Referral Program.
Savers reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Referral Program terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
